Prime Grade Solid Ash Wood Flooring

Lighter in colour than European oak, English Ash brings brightness and clean lines to a darker room, allowing for a modern finish to any room. Whilst not quite as hard as Oak, it is a solid hardwood that should last decades.

Our Prime Grade Ash flooring will contain minimal knots, colour variation and a more uniform grain. As these boards are cut from a natural product a very slight variation in colour is to be expected but all boards should have a cohesive finish. 

Kiln dried to approximately 8%-12% moisture content.

Supplied in a tongue and groove all round profile with micro-bevelled edges and will be fully end matched which allows the flooring to be joined anywhere not just over a joist which saves huge amounts of cutting and waste.

These floorboards will be supplied unfinished, ready for you to add a finish of your choice if required, our range of Treatex oils is available here.....

Available in a variety of widths to allow you to create the finish you desire, from 120mm to 200mm for a more luxurious feel to your flooring design.

Our range of Solid English Ash skirting, architrave and mouldings will enable your project to be completed with matching materials, some possibly even cut from the very same tree as your flooring, you can find these here

Supplied in random lengths from 400mm upwards, we try to include as many long length boards as possible up to 3500mm. The price advertised is per square metre (m2).

Please remember that the longer you leave these boards to acclimatise to their new surroundings, the less prone to movement the boards will be when fitted. These boards are machined from a natural product, therefore as the temperature and humidity varies throughout the year, it should be expected that your boards may move slightly as the boards' contract and expand.
