Douglas Fir Channel Siding Cladding is strong and durable, built to withstand weather elements. The Channel Siding profile provides clean, modern shadow lines to add texture and character to your project.
This machined cladding is recommended for external use only. If exposed to varying weather conditions before fitting your boards, they are likely to cup, warp and split; the ideal time to fit cladding to keep this to a minimum is between the months of October and April and within 7 to 14 days of delivery.
Your boards will be supplied untreated. No treatments are required, however if you wish to preserve the supplied colour or use a weather resistant sealant.
Ready to fix and available in two options - First and Character Grade:
End-Matching (Tongue and Groove) will allow you to place joints where they fall, instead of on the stud, allowing you to finish the job more quickly without sacrificing on quality and helps minimise wastage.

142mm x 20mm - The overall width is 142mm, with the visible face measuring 127mm
Priced per square metre and supplied in random lengths between 1200mm and 3600mm unless otherwise specified for an additional charge:
This can be done by adding the set lengths in the options within cladding selection and leaving a note in the order comments for the specified set lengths required.
The visible face size is 15mm less to account for the joint.

Please be aware that sizes are subject to change in response to changes in moisture levels. Cladding will be dispatched at given sizes, but a margin of error should be used when producing cladding layout drawings for expansion and contraction in the timber.
