Carcassing timber is a kiln-dried, treated structural softwood, that is often used where a graded stamp is necessary. Graded at strength C24 our carcassing timber has the same strength as traditional saw C24 Carcassing timber. Carcassing timber is most commonly used in construction for things such as floor joists and framing however it can also be used for many more purposes both internally and externally. This carcassing is also easier to handle due to its radiused edges and smoother machined finish.
