FAQ's
Can I get oak beams milled to the exact sizes that I require?
Yes, please send your cutting list to cuttinglists@uk-oak.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond with a quote within 48 hours! Alternatively use the oak beam cost calculator by following this link: /custom-oak-beams
Does air dried oak "move" when placed internally?
Although no-one can ever give a cast iron guarantee that the oak that they sell will not move once in situ, the longer the oak has been air drying the less chance there is of any movement, in particularly exacting circumstances 3 to 5 year air dried timber should be used.
Can I call and browse or collect?
Yes, no problem.
