This thermally treated cladding is a durable and eco-friendly alternative to chemically treated timber, and it comes with a 30-year guarantee from SLP. The thermal treatment makes the cladding exceptionally sturdy with a uniform grain and gives it superior resistance to decay and weather.
The V Tongue and Groove profile is machined for a stunning, elegant appearance.
Thermal treatment is when the timber is specially kiln dried at extremely high temperatures which reduces moisture content whilst gaining a high tolerance to high temperatures. It also removes resin from the timber, stopping seepage making it stable and perfect bathrooms and sauna linings.
