ThermoWood V Tongue and groove cladding is crafted from premium radiaite Pine, providing a stunning and adaptable, budget-friendly option compared to other chemically treated timber cladding.
Thanks to the thermal treatment, this cladding boasts exceptional durability and a consistent grain structure, making it highly versatile for both internal and external applications. ThermoWood cladding offers numerous advantages, including excellent weather resistance and decay resistance, positioning it as one of the most durable and eco-friendly timber cladding options on the market.
Machined in a V Tongue and Groove profile to give a stunning, elegant appearance coupled along with its deep brown colour after thermal treatment, which can be retained by finishing with a UV filtered, pigmented timber oil, wax, stain, paint or varnish. Make note when fixing, that the cladding after being thermally treatment is more susceptible to splitting, we recommend using self-tapping screws or even pre-drilling holes beforehand.
Thermal treatment is when the timber is specially kiln dried at extremely high temperatures which reduces moisture content whilst gaining a high tolerance to high temperatures. It also removes resin from the timber, stopping seepage making it stable and perfect bathrooms and sauna linings.

End-matching (Tongue and Groove) will allow you to place joints where they fall, instead of on the stud, allowing you to finish the job more quickly without sacrificing on quality and helps minimise wastage.

This can be done by adding the Set Lengths option to your cladding and specifying the lengths required in the order comments at the checkout.
The visible face size is 10mm less to account for the joint.
You can order samples at £5 postage for up to 2 cladding boards, the charge is then refunded against a future cladding order.
