Treatex External Virgin Oak Oil serves as a specialized base coat for treating oak timber. The oil penetrates deep into the wood's capillaries, helping to prevent the formation of cracks and swelling. When used with a top coat of Treatex UV Oil, the two products provide a finish that leaves the wood looking natural and highly resistant to water, UV rays, and extreme weather.

To be applied as a base coat

Free from lead and cobalt
UV and water resistant once finished with Treatex External Oak Protection
Completely free of any toxic or harmful substances
The Treatex External Virgin Oak Oil is manufactured on a base of sustainable raw materials such as modified alkyd resin, linseed oil and waxes. There is also an addition of siccatives to speed up drying times.

1L will cover approximately 20m² in one coat depending on the timber and method of application.
2.5L will cover approximately 50m² in one coat depending on the timber and method of application.
